From its inception in 1999 as a part time business, it has grown steadily, expanding into different areas of the air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical contracting and appliance repair field.

Since the beginning we have built our business on three things:
1. Strong work ethic by our whole team
2. Pride in workmanship
3. Reputation.

At Be Cool, we aim to provide a service to our customers that is reliable, neat and tidy and a reasonable price for quality craftsmanship, and as a consequence our reputation through word of mouth has been our best source of advertising. Be Cool aims to provide a service that people will remember.

In April 2006, Be Cool relocated to its own purposely built premises as it continued to expand.
Due to high demand from the public, we added appliance repairs to our work repetoire, servicing most brands of appliances: Fisher and Paykel, Electrolux, Smeg/Omega, Westinghouse, Haier, Fujitsu, Nec, Heller and many others.

Be Cool’s premises is located in the Industrial area of Gulgong and is 3 different buildings built into 1.

Unit 1 is where the Main Office is located, complete with all air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical contracting.

Unit 2 is our Shop Front with a large range of appliance spare parts, electrical, refrigeration and consumables including filter bags and heating elements.

Unit 3 is our Appliance Service and Repair Centre with a fully equipped workshop and test bay so we can be sure your appliance has been tested under normal operating conditions after repairs have been carried out.

We support the local community through sponsorship of many sporting and community events. This way, we can give back to the community for the support that they continually show us.
